A remarkable story unfolded at HydThon – AI Hackathon 2026. A 1st-year student from the University of Sindh, who had joined university only a week earlier, won the competition by solving a complex industry-level SAP ERP challenge presented by Net2Apps. The hackathon tested participants on practical, real-world applications of AI, including: AI agents Real-time communication using web sockets Dynamic and scalable solution development The winner’s confidence, clarity of thought, and technical skills stood out among participants. In recognition of his exceptional performance, Net2Apps offered him an opportunity to join their team a powerful example of how skill and initiative can open doors, regardless of academic year. HydThon 2026 demonstrates that students from Hyderabad and surrounding regions are capable of competing at industry standards when given the right platform. This is a strong message to students everywhere: You do not need to wait until your final year to innovate. You can start from day one.

🎉 Day 3 – Demonstrate & Celebrate The final day of the AI Future Bootcamp was a celebration of creativity, learning, and innovation. With parents, educators, and school heads in attendance, students confidently presented their AI-powered robot projects, shared their learning journey, and showcased their videos. The energy and excitement in the room were unmatched as each team explained how their robot could solve real-world problems. Special segments like the Dream Job Wall allowed students to share their future aspirations, while awards for “AI Ustaad Team of the Camp,” “Innovation Champs,” and “Best AI Video” added a competitive sparkle to the day. The event concluded with certificates, group photos, and a deep sense of accomplishment for every child — a true testament to what young minds can achieve when they’re empowered with the right tools and guidance.        

Day 2 – Act: Build Your First AI Robot   Day 2 of the bootcamp was all about turning imagination into innovation. Students teamed up to build their very own AI-powered robots using DIY kits and everyday tech tools. With Bluetooth speakers, mobile devices, and printed designs, they created robots that could talk, respond, and even act out roles. Guided by facilitators, each team crafted unique robot personalities and used tools like ChatGPT for scripting dialogues and SpeechGen.io for voice generation. The atmosphere was buzzing with collaboration as students recorded short videos of their robots introducing themselves or performing a creative task. This hands-on day allowed students to apply what they had learned, building not just machines — but also teamwork, confidence, and storytelling skills.  

📸 Day 1 – Learn & Explore   The AI Future Bootcamp began with incredible energy as students from classes 6 to 8 were warmly welcomed with personalized greetings and interactive ice-breaking activities. The day focused on helping young minds understand the basics of Artificial Intelligence in a fun and engaging way. Students explored how AI differs from human thinking, recognized how AI is already part of their daily lives, and watched exciting demos that sparked curiosity. One of the highlights of the day was the introduction to prompt engineering, where students used tools like ChatGPT for Kids and dezine.ai to create stories, jokes, and visual posters. They also participated in thoughtful discussions on the ethics of AI, debating topics like AI in healthcare and education. Day 1 set the stage for creativity, critical thinking, and future-ready learning.    

We conducted an awareness session on the Future AI Bootcamp roadmap for management from private schools and colleges across Hyderabad. Part of EducateHyderabad.net, a CSR initiative by intrapreneur.pk, supporting the vision of an AI-enabled city. Alhamd-u-Lillah!  

The first-ever Hackathon Conference in Hyderabad successfully brought together tech enthusiasts, professionals, and innovators to collaborate and showcase their skills. The event served as a platform for creative problem-solving, networking, and knowledge sharing, fostering a strong sense of community within the local tech ecosystem. Organized with the vision of promoting technological innovation and collaborative learning, the conference featured engaging sessions, hands-on challenges, and industry insights. Participants from diverse backgrounds worked on real-world problems, demonstrating their expertise and innovative thinking. This initiative marks a significant step in strengthening the tech landscape of Hyderabad, providing opportunities for skill development and professional growth. Future editions will continue to build on this momentum, encouraging more participation and industry engagement.
